When I was a kid I used to constantly imagine my life as a super genius computer scientist. I was enamored with the idea of making any type of device my mind could conjure up. Every year, Ohio University Student Senate divides and forms parties to run for positions in student government. The two parties that formed for this year’s election were SOUND and P.E.A.R. While these parties are in competition with each other, ultimately they are running for the same reasons: to give the student body a voice and make our university a better place for it’s inhabitants.
